As for Steven, Mr. Carrington’s son, he has a different position in the company. He and his father’s relationship is different than Fallon’s and his. Steven and Fallon are very close since they were kids but Mr. Carrington and Steven have a rough relationship. Ever since Steven had came out and announced he was gay, Mr. Carrington has had a harsher view of him He wanted Steven to be able to run his company one day but Steven did not agree with this decision. Steven wanted to do his own thing, but felt judged by his father because that is not what Mr.Carrington wanted. When the first Mrs. Carrington left it was harder for Steven to be apart of his fathers life because they are so different. This is the reason why him and Fallon are close.
