The President of the USGA presides and runs all USGA meetings, in addition to overseeing the daily activity of the organization. The President establishes meeting guidelines and interprets the USGA Constitution. He/she also creates committees and appoints all committee chairpersons,communicates weekly with the student body via the campus newspaper or radio station, and promotes goodwill among the University community.

The USGA Vice President is in charge of the Points and Community Relations Committee.
He also must take care of all facility requests and event registration forms directly related to
the USGA as a whole. In case the President leaves office or can not make a meeting, the
VP will then take his/her place.

The Treasurer's duties include being responsible for the funds and securities of the USGA, keeping correct books of accounts of all its business transactions, and keeping inventory of all USGA property.
The duties of the Executive Assistant are to take and distribute the minutes of every meeting for the student body, keep organized files of all the clubs and organizations on campus, and to run the elections for the USGA and Freshmen classes.

The Sergeant at Arms is in charge of mediation at all USGA meetings. He also chairs the Judicial Council and Constitution Committee. The Sergeant at Arms is responsible for removing any member from the USGA if need be, keeping attendance records, and reviewing the constitutions of clubs who seek recognition by the USGA.
