Resolutions

Student Concern: The USGA Committee Meeting Report Forms are not setup for Committee Chairs to fill them out on the computer. I have a bum left arm, making it difficult to fill these forms out so the USGA President can read them. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Resolution: You can now type in the Committee Meeting Report Form.

Student Concern: I was wondering if it would be possible to increase the USGA credit card limit for several reasons:

1.) PO's take far too long to process, and are not excepted everywhere.

2.) The only other option is to spend our own money and then get reimbursed; however, as per the business office we cannot spend more than $100 per transaction, which makes it difficult to always purchase the items in the quantities that we need.

3.) The credit card is often the easiest and most logical way to go about purchasing items, especially online, but if the card is constantly maxed out AND we can only spend $100 out-of-pocket it makes it nearly impossible to efficiently run an organization.

Resolution: Greg Overend and Lisa Saverese have university cards that can be used. We are also still in the process of getting a general use card for organizations to be able to use.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Student Concern: The USGA early departure/absence form shoud have a box for arriving late to a meeting.

Resolution: A late arrivial box has been added.
